cancellation policy

I charge a 75% cancellation fee for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, and a 100% fee for no-call no-shows. If you are 10 minutes or more late for your appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged. This is a strict policy I have in place to protect my business and ensure that I stay afloat. Thank you for understanding.

BOOKING

Appointments must be booked under the account of the person receiving the service. A payment card must be stored on file in order for online bookings to be confirmed. (The stored card will not be charged at the time of booking— only later if you decide it’s the method of payment you would like to use for your service, of if you are charged a cancellation fee.) In order to book an appointment online you must have a valid card.

When you book your appointment online you will receive an email confirmation from the booking and payment service I use, GlossGenius. In this email you will find a link to two forms that need to be filled out and submitted before you show up for your service— the New Client Intake Form and the Client Consent Form. Please make sure these are submitted before your service.

ID

A valid ID is required for all new guests. I know that IDs can be tricky for trans people, and your ID may still have your deadname on it. Unfortunately, I do need to check your ID to protect myself legally, and to make sure you are 18 years of age or older. But of course I will call you by your chosen name and pronouns.

Waivers

When you book an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email from GlossGenius, our booking service. In this email will be a link to our New Client Intake Form and our Client Consent Form. These must be filled out before we can provide services to you.

RUNNING LATE

I ask that you do your best to get to appointments on time, preferably 5-10 minutes early if possible, so that you can find parking and freshen-up in the restroom and we can start our service on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, it may not be possible to complete your service properly in the time that we have, and you will have to reschedule.

MINORS POLICY

I do not perform any genital or genital area services on anyone under 18. I do not sugar anyone under the age of 18 unless the parent or legal guardian has filled out a Parental Consent Form. The parent or guardian must be in the room during the duration of the service.
